- What type of home are you looking for? Single Family-detached, Patio Home, Townhouse, Condominium, Loft?
- In what part of Arizona do you want your home to be in?
- How much space do you need in your home? Square Foot Range?
- Architecture? Single Level, Multi levels, Ranch, Territorial, Contemporary, Spanish?
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms?
- Would you like to have a private pool?
- Would like a Garage, Carport, Covered Parking, Assigned Parking?
- Would you like a Fireplace?
- What Type of Construction? Block, Frame (wood), Brick, Adobe, Slump Block?
- What type of Roof would you like? Composition-shingle, All Tile, Partial Tile, Shake, Flat-built up?
- Exterior Features? Patio, Covered patio, Balcony/decks, Circular Drive, Privated yard?
- Do you want an HOA or no HOA or does not matter?
- Do you want to be in a gated community?
- How soon do you plan to buy?
- Have you spoken to a Lender if you are purchasing the home with a Loan?
- What are the schools like?
- How is the recreation in the area? Golf Courses, Lakes, Hiking Trails, close to Freeways and Shopping?
