Step Four: When we find the property you like best, I will provide recent comparable sales for you so that you can write an educated offer.
Step Five: I will negotiate the best contract for you. Once we open escrow, I will coordinate inspections, help you meet all contract deadlines, and close your escrow in a timely manner.
