Hello. Thank you for visiting my website.  My name is Alta Graham.  Alta is a family name, one that has been passed down from generation to generation. I was not named for the town of Alta Loma, although this has been my home for many years.

Having been born and raised in Upland, I know the history of the area well.  I can help you find the  home of your dream, whether you would like it to be in Baldy Village or in the high desert.

I have lived in Alta Loma  since 1970 when I married my husband, Jerry.  We moved our family to this small community and have watched it grow from orange groves and vineyards to the thriving metropolis it is today. I can always tell how long a person has lived in the area because old timers still refer to the areas of Rancho Cucamonga as Alta Loma, Cucamonga and Etiwanda. I believe it is due largely to the fact that you know exactly what area of the city to which they are refering, Alta Loma is above Baseline, Cucamonga is below, and Etiwantd is east of Haven.

Real Estate has been my profession for over 20 years.  I have studied from the best sources available.  I immediately earned my GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute),  and continued toward my  Brokers license, the highest license for Realtors. I recently earned my SFR designation, which is short sale- foreclosure certification,  so needed in our current ecomony.
