When we were first introduced to you in July 2010, we were apprehensive about selling our Town home in such a difficult market. There were many obstacles to overcome before the house was in a move-in condition on the market.

Your insight and assistance were invaluable in helping us to get our tenant relocated, repairs and upgrades installed, and managing all the activity associated with these events.

Living so far away in Europe made it impossible for us to take care of the daily details. Your extra efforts on our behalf smoothed over all the obstacles.
